Event Description

COLT FORD

The reason Colt Ford's blend of country and rap feels so natural has everything to do with his background, both professional and personal. Colt grew up listening to country - his first concert was Kenny Rogers and Dolly Parton - along with R&B and hip-hop. By 2011, Ford had created a larger than life hillbilly redneck public image, but he was also a sly, passionate, and multi-layered writer and businessman, and as a former drummer, he knew what to do in a recording studio. With his sixth studio album, released in 2017, the aptly named Love Hope Faith, Colt Ford continues to live out his boyhood dream – the one where you "wake up on a mission/to buy that beat-up Gibson," as he sings on "No Rest." Love Hope Faith is exactly that, a message to to his loyal fan base, and a strike against the divisiveness plaguing our country, celebrating the things that bring us together – friends, family, our faith in a better future.

Opening Act - Brodie Stewart

Brodie Stewart grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento and spent his summers in Red Bluff California. At a young age his favorite things to do were going to the Rodeo, listening to country music, singing and playing guitar. Soon enough, Brodie formed and fronted a southern rock band and had the good fortune of touring the country opening up for big artists in front of sold out arenas. His band even charted on Billboard. With his southern rock roots, Brodie returned to what he loved the most, country music.
